2013 Art at WEPS

Students from 3/4 B enjoyed designing and creating finger puppet characters from the book, ‘Fox Makes Friends’.

They later re-enacted the story with their puppets.

Years 5/6P & 5/6D have been enjoying a five week Japanese language, culture and art program with guest teacher Anne Robertson. Here the students are writing kanji which are the Chinese characters used in modern Japanese writing. They are writing the seasons which will be added to their foam print inspired by nature.

Yr 3/4s were immersed in the Japanese language about weather with guest teacher Anne Richardson. Anne is teaching the Japanese program for five weeks on Tuesdays.
